Hempfield Youth Lacrosse (HYL) is a community league open to Hempfield Township and surrounding residents. We offer programs for boys grades K-8th and girls grades 2nd-8th.

30K WAll Ball Challenge Registration
Please enter all your information using this QR Code to Register. Once you have joined the program you must submit a form EVERY SUNDAY (open until Sunday at 11:59pm) to record your weekly TOTAL REPS progress. The Wall Ball Challenge will start June 1st and end on August 31st giving you 92 days which is about 325 reps a day to reach your 30K goal. If you have any questions email hempfieldyouthlax@gmail.com
